Zinzan Brooke, ex All Black, launched a scathing attack on Sir Clive Woodward on the BBC Website here.
As he put it :
What happened here is nowhere near the level of fiasco that Formula 1 just faced last weekend at Indianapolis, but it damages the sport of Rugby, and the fine institution that is the Lions touring team, founded as it is on co-operation between four proud Rugby nations..... this time it was ludicrously biased, not just to English players, but to older players past their sell by date, picked by the coach based on "experience, not form".The All Blacks ran rings around the Lions and the result in Christchurch wasn't even close.
There were so many flaws in the Lions' team, but the buck stops with Clive Woodward, some of his team selections and the way he made them.
Well, the Emperor truly has no clothes....

You're right Tom - it was poor. Clive Woodward is yesterday's rugby hero and the current England Team is below par. They need a new coach and more Irish and Scottish players .. won't admit to wanting more Welsh. I've got limits
