Drum Roll Please...

... Fosters Food Fair is NOW OPEN.

This comes as great news to the districts of East End and North Side. After many months of anticipation, Fosters Food Fair (across the street from us) will be officially opening their doors today, April 21, 2006. Now our guests, as well as us locals, will be able to do their grocery shopping right across the street, instead of back in George Town!!

And as if that wasn’t enough good news, there is an added bonus....(another drum roll please!!)....There will be a Cayman National Bank ATM set up there as well. That should be completed by the end of next week!!! That is REALLY big news for this end of the island. We are all so excited!!!!

Check back soon for more detailed updates!!

That IS huge news for folks in East End and North Side! I am assuming Fosters will follow the lead of Lil' Hurleys and use the same pricing as their larger stores. And the ATM will also help. We used to have to go to Savannah, but that one never opened after the hurricane, so we had to trek all the way to town for cash. Good news!!

(whoops--I'd messed that post all up)

sweeeet...just in time! I'll be there in a few days and one of the biggest tips offered was to make sure to shop before leaving the airport area.

What are the business hours at Fosters?
