I found that the button for 'callback' when trying to make a reservation online doesn't seem to be working and also it could be clearer that online booking is an option as I had to search for this.
Apart from this your site is great.
When you can bring us Cayman and stories from the Reef with a simple "click" with one finger...that's usability.
