I do look on most of these industry awards as being pretty spurious, but when I see people making mileage out of winning a "World Travel Award" as a top hotel, then go to the website and see that nominations are based on the voting the previous year, it makes me suspicious of such a closed "club".
Anyway, let's test the power of the internet and referrals from this blog to other web forums, emails etc.

are you a hotel or a Timeshare resort ?
We are a full service resort/hotel.
In modern parlance though, we are a "mixed use" resort or "condo-hotel", in that all suites are individually owned, whether by individual week (timeshare) owners, fractional (quarter share) owners or condo owners.
From a service standpoint then, we are a hotel, but one with many owners... just like the new Ritz Carlton in Cayman is, although you can become an owner at The Reef for a lot less than the $2,000,000 it costs at the Ritz !

Tried but in order to finalize my choice, it requests my Travel Agency information in a required field. Is this only for Travel Agents?
