Per a request from caribbeansun, I braved the 90 degree heat at 10am this morning to take this picture of construction progress on the current phase of Castaways' Cove.
As you can see, the basement and first two storeys are completed, and the crew is preparing to pour the slab for the third (top) floor.
Work is moving fast so the roof should be on pretty soon, at which point the progress will become much less visible, as the workers will move inside to start "finishing" work.

Is there a projected date of completion at this point?
Porjected handover to resort management (completion) is May/Jun 2006, so units will ready for resort occupancy about one month after that.
Sorry can't be more exact yet, but the finishing side of any construction project is subject to many potential hiccups if one is to maintain quality of product and not compromise.
Tom, thank you for the update and the picture. You've fed the addiction for awhile yet!
